Divorce Decree

Personal presence of the applicant along with the following documents:

• Passport in original with photocopy (consular signature page /first / last and valid visa page clear copy) of the applicant. {Photocopy facility is available at the center}
• In case the divorce has been obtained in India, the divorce decree is required to be issued by a competent court in India and must be attested by Ministry of External Affairs, India
• In case the divorce decree has been issued by authorities in U.A.E, the divorce decree should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, U.A.E.
