• Personal presence of the person executing the deed.
• Passport in original and a photocopy (consular signature page /first / last and valid visa page clear copy).
• Bank statement for the last 3 months
• Source of income (salary certificate / trade license in his/her name)
• Proof of mode of money transfer (bank statement / cheque copy)
• Valid proof of relationship incase of relatives
