NO RELATION AFFIDAVIT – for HOUSEMAID / HOUSEBOY / DRIVER / COOK
- Personal presence of the person (Sponsor) who is making the Affidavit (this will be typed in IVS office.)
- Passport in original and copy of the applicant (consular signature page /first / last and valid visa page clear copy).
- Employee passport copy (1st & Last page)
- Emigrate Registration – ( This can be done from IVS Office ). Please carry any address proof in English language – (Electricity Bill, Tenancy contract, Tittle Deed, etc) Make sure, you have applied the Same application for your Spouse also. (Husband & Wife has to make this application separately – only for Indian National.)
- In case the employee is holding an ECR passport and currently staying in UAE, she/he must exit to India inorder to process no relation affidavit
