To make a Singleness Affidavit for marriage (only for applicant holding residence visa not for visit visa holders), these are the requirements.

Personal presence of the person who is making the Singleness Affidavit (format is given below & this will be typed in our office.)
Passport in original and copy of the applicant (consular signature page / first / last and valid residence visa page clear copy).
Fiance/Fiancee’s passport copy
In case of a divorcee applying for singleness affidavit, divorce papers issued under mutual consent, by the court is required

Typing Fee	:	Depends upon the amount of typing to be done (2 passport details 2 chargers accordingly)
